Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without giving 24 hour notice WILL BE BILLED for the amount of the missed services. I CAN NOT TAKE CANCELLATION BY EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO INTERNET DURING THE DAY. Additionally,
starting now we will keep a list of clients who do not keep their appointments
and only schedule those clients for future appointments with ADVANCE CREDIT
CARD PAYMENT. Please understand that until now we have not been very strict
about our cancellation policy out of a desire to be accommodating to our
clients all the time. There are some clients however who have taken advantage
of this leniency, and in order to solve this costly problem, we will strictly
adhere to this cancellation policy from now on. In order to avoid discomfort,
it would be very considerate of you if you should miss an appointment
to call in to volunteer payment. This will save both of us the unpleasantness
of our having to contact you to request payment and we will not make exceptions.
